The data we collect is exclusively used to deliver and improve our VIP Concierge Services. Specifically, we use your information to:

• Verify your identity and process your one-time verification fee.
• Match property seekers with the exact properties (Hostels, Flats, Lawns) they are looking for in Gonda.
• List owner properties securely on our platform to attract verified tenants.
• Communicate with you via WhatsApp, Phone, or Email regarding your listing or property search status.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties.

However, to fulfill our core service as a concierge, we must share limited information between connected parties. For example, a verified property seeker’s basic requirements will be shared with relevant property owners, and an owner’s verified property details (photos, rent, location) will be shown to potential seekers.
