At GondaRooms (managed by Crestpoint Solution LLP), our priority is to provide a premium, verified, and hassle-free experience. The тВ╣249 VIP Concierge/Listing fee is collected to ensure the quality of our network. Please read our policy below regarding this fee.
1. For Property Seekers
When you pay the тВ╣249 VIP Concierge fee to find a property (Hostel, Flat, Shared Room, etc.), our team immediately begins curating verified matches for your specific needs.
2. For Property Owners
When you pay the тВ╣249 Verification & Listing fee, our team begins the quality check and formatting process to make your property LIVE on our premium network.
3. Order Cancellations
If you have made a payment by mistake or wish to cancel your request, you must contact our support team within 2 hours of the transaction.
If our team has not already initiated the matching or verification process, we will cancel your request and initiate a full refund without any deductions.
4. Rent & Security Deposits
GondaRooms acts solely as a discovery and connection platform. We do not collect monthly rent or security deposits.
Any financial transaction (Advance, Rent, Deposit) made directly to a Property Owner is strictly between you and the owner. GondaRooms will not entertain any refund requests regarding rental amounts paid to third-party landlords.
How to Request a Refund?
If your case falls under the 'Refund Applicable' criteria mentioned above, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to our support team from your registered email ID.
- Attach the payment screenshot and mention your registered WhatsApp number.
- State the reason for your refund request.
